Instructions for refund

Note:
The ticket is valid only for travel on the date and time for which it was purchased, and which is indicated on it! In case of cancellation of the trip or change of the date / time of the trip, it is necessary to send a request to reklamacije@gv-zadar.hr or to the branch office, at least 24 hours before the trip. If you cancel the trip, it is possible to get a refund of 50% of the total amount, and the refund is made by card or card to the customer's bank account.


Steps for refund:
  1. Contact seller by filling out the form "Send inquery" with the following information: name of the buyer, order number, route, time and date of departure.
  2. Seller will contact you regarding problems within a few days.
